One of the best trips I’ve taken in a long time. Our Ladies Tennis Retreat to Costa Rica with Lux Group Ventures was outstanding! Troy is the real deal. He’s genuinely kind and compassionate. Incredibly professional, attentive and made us feel at home. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure every detail and every guest is taken care of. From photography, videography, grocery shopping to tour guide to tennis coach and much more. His positive energy and genuine care made the experience stress-free. One of the ladies luggage was lost and he handled it from beginning to end. The planned excursions were amazing and thoughtfully planned. An unforgettable trip. This was the most amazing trip. Troy left no stone unturned; in-that he thought about it all. From the private chef, yacht, breakfast prepared daily, laundry done and a pantry for of snacks we were completely spoiled! Tennis was taught daily by 3 wonderful coaches and I learned from each of them. Zip lining and surf lessons were so freeing. Troy had visited every restaurant a few times and had recommendations that didn't disappoint. Now let's discuss the lodging. A pristine & beautiful villa with an infinity pool over looking the beach. Troy was an absolutely outstanding host and coordinator for our Lux tennis vacation in Costa Rica. We were a group of 11 with different needs, and every single one was handled seamlessly. His attention to detail, ability to multitask, and talent for making last-minute adjustments were flawless. From our airport pick ups, coordinating dietary needs with our private chef, our daily tennis rallies and organizing excursions like a catamaran outing, zip-lining, horseback riding, spa day, beach time, and surf lessons, everything was perfectly executed. Troy was always available, before, during, and even after the trip, and continued to stay in touch once we were home. Honestly, I can’t imagine vacationing without Troy now!

Every bit of this trip was planned perfectly. From the tennis to excursions, we had a blast. Troy, the chefs and the staff at Compass House made sure every day was incredible. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
