Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve your spot on the retreat.
You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of your deposit.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the trip start date.

If you cancel after the 7-day refund window, your deposit will be issued as a travel credit that can be applied to any future retreat through January 1, 2029.

All payments are non-refundable, as arrangements with accommodations, coaches, and local partners will have already been finalized.

Travel medical insurance is mandatory for all participants.
