Payment & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve your spot. You may cancel within 7 days of your initial booking for a full refund of your deposit.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 90 days before the trip start date.

More Than 90 Days Before Departure

After the 7-day refund period, eligible payments may be issued as a travel credit toward any future Lux Group Ventures retreat through January 1, 2029.

Within 90 Days of Departure

All payments are non-refundable because accommodations, coaching, transportation, and arrangements with local partners will already be finalized.

Travel Insurance

Travel medical insurance is mandatory for all participants.

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against unexpected circumstances, including illness, injury, flight disruptions, or other events that could prevent you from attending.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many guests join our retreats solo. Our medium-size group format, shared activities, and welcoming atmosphere make it easy to meet people and form lasting friendships from the very beginning.

What tennis level do I need?

All levels are welcome, from beginners with some experience to advanced players. Guests are grouped by ability to ensure sessions are engaging, enjoyable, and appropriately challenging for everyone.

Can I attend without playing tennis?

Yes! Non-playing guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful resort, sightseeing excursions, dining experiences, wellness facilities, and group activities throughout the retreat.

How much tennis will there be?

The retreat includes three hours of tennis each full day, with professional coaching, structured drills, open play, and opportunities for additional time on court.

Will we attend the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters?

Guests will have the opportunity to attend the prestigious Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters during the retreat. Tournament attendance is optional, and tickets are purchased separately.

What ages typically attend?

Our retreats typically attract active, social travelers between the ages of 30 and 70, with a welcoming mix of ages and backgrounds on each trip.

Can I bring a partner who doesn't play tennis?

Absolutely. Couples and friends are welcome, and non-playing partners can participate in sightseeing, dining, social activities, and resort experiences without attending the tennis sessions.

Is transportation included?

Private transportation is arranged for scheduled group excursions and activities. Airport transfers and transportation for independent activities are not included unless otherwise specified.

Will there be free time?

Yes! While the retreat includes a thoughtfully curated itinerary, there will be opportunities to enjoy the hotel, explore independently, shop, relax, or participate in additional activities at your own pace.

Do I need to be in good physical shape?

This is an active retreat featuring tennis, sightseeing, and walking through historic villages and towns. Guests should be in reasonably good physical condition and comfortable with moderate daily activity. Participation in all activities is optional but highly encouraged.

Are meals included?

Daily breakfast is included. Group lunches and dinners will be thoughtfully coordinated, with meals purchased individually unless otherwise specified in the trip inclusions.

Afternoon:

Begin the day with a delicious breakfast before heading to All In Tennis Academy for your first full coached tennis session. Enjoy engaging drills, personalized instruction, and competitive games on red clay courts, with players grouped by ability for an enjoyable and productive experience.

Afternoon:

Travel along the stunning French Riviera toward Monaco, where guests have the opportunity to attend the prestigious Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters. Watch some of the world's leading players compete on clay at one of the ATP Tour's most iconic tournaments, with its spectacular Mediterranean setting. Tournament attendance is optional, and tickets are purchased separately.

Evening:

Enjoy free time in glamorous Monte-Carlo, with opportunities to explore Casino Square, admire the luxurious yachts in the harbor, or dine at one of Monaco's excellent restaurants. After a memorable day, return to the hotel for a relaxing evening.

Morning:
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before returning to All In Tennis Academy for another exciting tennis session. Continue developing your skills through coached drills, doubles strategy, and match play, with additional court time available for those looking to play more.

Afternoon:
Set off with two private local guides to explore Antibes and Nice. Enjoy lunch in Antibes, then wander its charming Old Town, browse the local shops, and take in the beautiful coastal views. Continue to Nice to explore its colorful Old Town, lively squares, and picturesque waterfront.

Evening:
Enjoy dinner at a wonderful restaurant in Nice’s Old Town, surrounded by lively streets and classic French Riviera atmosphere. Afterward, return to Saint-Paul-de-Vence for a restful evening at the hotel.

Morning:

Begin the day with a delicious breakfast followed by another engaging tennis session at All In Tennis Academy. Enjoy professional coaching, lively drills, and friendly competition on red clay courts before setting off for an unforgettable afternoon along the French Riviera.

Afternoon:

Embark on a guided tour of glamorous Monaco, exploring the famous Monte-Carlo Casino, the Prince's Palace, the historic Old Town, and the stunning harbor filled with luxury yachts.
